We employ up to ten trainees in the various departments at any one time. The diversity of the production areas allows us to offer a wide range of apprenticeships as well as cross-departmental skills in related areas. The quality of an apprenticeship depends largely on the opportunities for personal experience.

Furthermore, it is important to us to provide equal support for all job profiles and to equip them with sound specialist knowledge. With our experienced training managers, our trainees are in very good hands, both professionally and personally.

What I particularly enjoy about the apprenticeship is that I get to go through various departments at Altatec and Camlog, which helps me understand the processes better. I was also able to get a glimpse into the lab at the Tübingen site and accompany the field service. I am actively involved in daily business, and my colleagues are very helpful. Whenever I have a question, they take the time to explain it to me in detail.
